Booking Policy
If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. If your family doctor is one of our physicians, we have a collaboration with the Foothills Primary Care Network (PCN). You can access their walk-in clinic by calling Health Link at 811. A registered nurse will evaluate your symptoms and may: Recommend an appointment at the Access 365 Clinic, or arrange for an on-call physician to contact you
In our experience with the Canadian healthcare system, we’ve evaluated various online booking methods. Recognizing that clinics are not regulated and emergencies can arise, we’ve found real-time booking systems unrealistic. Therefore, we’ve implemented a system where you can request online bookings for non-urgent matters. Simply provide your basic information, including your name, preferred name, and phone number, and one of our compassionate staff members will contact you within 24 hours to assist you.
