We can e-fax your prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy. With your permission, we can send you sensitive medical documents through encrypted email, ensuring compliance with all CPSA regulations.
Booking Policy:
In our experience with the Canadian healthcare system, we’ve evaluated various online booking methods. Recognizing that clinics are not regulated and emergencies can arise, we’ve found real-time booking systems unrealistic. Therefore, we’ve implemented a system where you can request online bookings for non-urgent matters. Simply provide your basic information, including your name, preferred name, and phone number, and one of our compassionate staff members will contact you within 24 hours to assist you.
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For after-hours health advice, you can use Health Link 811, a free, 24/7 health advice and information service for Albertans. You can call 811, text 8811, or visit MyHealth.Alberta.ca.

We offer complimentary services in our clinic, including free guest Wi-Fi, a hot beverage corner, and a small kids’ corner with engaging activities. Please note that using these activities means you agree to all associated policies and do so at your own responsibility with no legal or medicolegal liability on Grace Medical clinic.
