Euclid Eye Clinic at Grace Medical — Eye Assessments in NW Calgary

Looking for Euclid Telehealth in Calgary? You will find it at Grace Medical Clinic in Sage Hill, northwest Calgary. We are a family medicine clinic, and we partner with Euclid Telehealth so patients can have advanced eye health assessments without leaving the clinic they already know — and the assessment is free, covered by Alberta Health with your valid health card. Access is by referral.

What the Euclid partnership offers

Euclid’s trained technicians run comprehensive eye assessments right here at the clinic, working with ophthalmologists through modern tele-ophthalmology. The focus is early detection: eight million Canadians live with preventable vision loss, and an annual comprehensive eye assessment is how problems get caught while they are still treatable.

There is no cost to you. The assessment is covered by Alberta Health — bring your valid health card and the visit is free.

Who should consider an eye assessment

An assessment is especially worth discussing with your physician if any of these apply to you:

  • You are 40 or older
  • You live with diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol
  • Eye disease runs in your family
  • You have noticed gradual vision changes, blurred vision, cataracts, or difficulty driving at night
  • You have a condition that raises eye risk — such as rheumatic disease, previous stroke, sleep apnea, kidney or liver disease, or a weakened immune system
