  1. About these terms. This website (gracemedicalclinics.ca) and its online tools are operated by Grace Medical Clinic (“Grace”, “we”, “us”), with software provided by Imhotep Med. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
  2. What this website provides. This site provides general information about Grace Medical Clinic and lets you submit online appointment requests and contact messages. It is an informational and administrative tool only.
  3. Not medical advice. Content on this site is for general information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a physician-patient relationship. Always speak with a qualified health professional about your care. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
  4. Appointment requests. Submitting a request through this site is a request only – it is not a confirmed appointment until Grace contacts you to confirm. We are not responsible for requests that are not received due to technical issues; if you do not hear back, please call the clinic.
  5. Kalenza, our booking assistant. Our website offers an AI booking assistant (“Kalenza”) to help you request appointments and answer general questions about the clinic. Kalenza provides general information only and does not give medical advice. It cannot see your medical record. A conversation with Kalenza is not an appointment until the clinic confirms it. Please do not share detailed medical information through it.
  6. Text messages. If you give us your mobile number, we may send appointment reminders and administrative notices by text. We do not send medical information by text. Standard message rates may apply, and you can opt out by replying STOP.
  7. Health articles by email. If you subscribe to our health articles, we will send occasional plain-language health information and clinic updates to the address you give us. These emails are general information only and are not advice about your own care. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
  8. Staff Portal. The Staff Portal link on this site is for authorised clinic staff only. Access requires credentials issued by the clinic; unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
  9. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated data collection, no interference with the site’s operation, and no submission of false or harmful information.
  10. Intellectual property. All content, branding, logos, and materials created by Grace Medical Clinic or Imhotep Med on this site are owned by them and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission. Some materials on this site — including patient handouts — are produced and owned by third parties such as Alberta Health Services. Those remain the property of their publishers and are shared under their own terms, which are set out on the pages where they appear.
  11. Third-party services. This site uses third-party services including Google (Search, Analytics, and Google Business Profile) and hosting providers. Your interactions with those services are also governed by their own terms and by our Privacy Policy.
  12. Privacy. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://gracemedicalclinics.ca/privacy-policy/), which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
  13. Disclaimers. The site is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  14. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Medical Clinic and Imhotep Med are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
  15. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
  16. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta.
